I was a point man in a combat infantry unit.  Most of my memories are filled with violence and loss of friends.

>7.How did you first react to all the death and killing?
>
I was in shock, it wasn't the game we played as children.  People didn't get up after being shot, the blood was real and people were shooting bullets really trying to kill me.

>8.Did you lose a friend during the war? How did you react?
>
Many - I felt guilty for surviving for years.  I shut down my emotions so I cold keep going.

>9.How was Vietnam differnt from the United States?(terrian,cultur,ect...)

Everything was different.  We were foregners in a completely foreign country.

>10.Is there anything you did during the war that you regret?

Regret leads to depression, I can't change anything that happened so I no longer go there.
